How it Started
Our story begins on the South Side of Chicago. Born, raised, and educated in the city, our founder is a Professional Engineer and certified Project Manager whose career has taken him across the country starting power plants and industrial facilities. Along the way, he developed a passion for systems, precision, and efficiency — qualities that now define how we manage short-term rentals.
It all started with a humble home in Bridgeport, Chicago. While traveling for work, he listed it on Airbnb and quickly mastered the art and science of short-term rentals — outpacing local competition through strategy, technology, and attention to detail.
